My journey began at a young age through profound spiritual experiences that opened me to a deep sense of connection, love, and guidance beyond what I could see. These experiences sparked a lifelong exploration of healing, spirituality, self-discovery, and human potential.

Like many people I work with today, my path was shaped through periods of emotional challenge, uncertainty, and transformation. Through my own healing journey, I came to understand that our greatest struggles often hold the seeds of our deepest growth, wisdom, and awakening.

​

This understanding inspired me to pursue professional training as a Counsellor and Relationship Counsellor, completing a Bachelor of Counselling and a Graduate Diploma of Relationship Counselling. Alongside my professional studies, I continued to explore the intersection of psychology, embodiment, consciousness, spirituality, and personal transformation.

​

Over time, I recognised that lasting transformation occurs when we reconnect with the loving, wise, and resourceful presence that already exists within us.

​

Today, my work integrates counselling, Internal Family Systems (IFS), embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, self-attunement, and spiritual perspectives to support individuals in healing, growth, self-realisation, and the embodiment of their highest potential.

I believe that beneath fear, conditioning, self-doubt, and protective patterns, there is a deeper essence within each of us — our soul, authentic Self, or inner being — that is already whole, worthy, loving, and limitless in wisdom and potential.

My role is not to provide the answers for you, but to help you reconnect with the wisdom, clarity, resilience, creativity, and inner guidance that already reside within you.
