When I gave birth, I experienced rebirth. Being a new mum to a now seventeen-month-old has proven to be my most transformational and sacred work. Being a mum has allowed me to understand the transformational journey in a new light. It has helped me to understand and experience in a deeper way how much our personality and identity are tied to the transformational process. The role of personality and identity shapes us; it can constrict or empower us.
